Cyber Terrain and Cyber Operations

Developing the capabilities of understanding cultural and sentiment dynamics using cyber-observables is an important mission of the US military, as well as, the intelligence and diplomatic communities. An ESSAN's team , consisting of Drs. George Cybenko and Eugene Santos, Jr., both professors of Dartmouth College and consultants of ESSAN, performed a research study for one of our client using Cyber-Observables to measure, digitize, analyze and ultimately harness human, social and cultural characteristics of a population to further US tactical and strategic objectives.
